When developing programmes for you we would first want to consider your overall objectives for each session, what knowledge and skills you would like your staff to gain and the changes and improvements you would want to see in their practice back in the workplace.
We would use this information to scope out your programme outline, to include a full overview of the programme, the contents and the learning outcomes.
We would then carry out a mapping exercise to any appropriate standards such qualification and national occupational standards. We will also map your programme to any sector guidelines, Care Certificate, Care Act, CQC Essential Standards and National Healthcare Commission Guidelines.
Once you have approved the outline, we move onto developing the full lesson plan, activities and case studies, power point presentation, tutor notes, reading resources and evaluations, again for your full approval.
Equality and diversity is embedded into all of our delivery and we have a clear differentiation strategy.
Our new programmes go through our internal quality assurance process prior to any delivery and they are reviewed ongoing for quality improvements.
We can work with you to understand the impact that you may want to measure as part of your programme and agree the best way to gather the evidence to produce the data for this.
