Our web based learning management system will provide you with the tools you need to access your up to date training records at all times, to produce information on your staff’s training records for CQC and to notify you of when updates are required.
By working with UTS for your training requirements, we will be able to provide you with your very own customer area within our learning management system which will allow you to see your scheduled training programmes, your past training programmes, the details of the staff that have attended each course, you will have access to their certificates online, you can book staff directly onto your own courses, you will receive automated reminders of all training activity and you can view all staff’s progress.
There is also a reporting function for producing comprehensive management information based on the criteria you require, you can view all learner feedback to review our performance and we can also set up impact assessments for you so that you can understand the impact the training has had on practice during a period following the training.
