This course has been developed to provide Managers with the understanding on how to support the process of implementing and supporting teams, by leading person centred care practice in the workplace. Managers will develop existing knowledge on the theory and principles that underpin person-centred practice. This will enable them to ensure services perform to a high standard meeting CQC outcomes by evidencing outstanding care and support.
This course is delivered using a range of methods and resources including:
