Describe how the duty of care affects own work role
Explain how duty of care contributes to the safeguarding or protection of individuals
Potential conflicts or dilemmas that may arise between the duty of care and an individual's rights
Manage risks associated with conflicts or dilemmas between an individual's rights and duty of care
Where and who to go to get additional support and advice about how to resolve such conflicts and dilemmas
How to respond to complaints
The main points of agreed procedures for handling complaint
Handling information
