This course has been designed to provide CPD activity for the 15 standards in the Care Certificate. This CPD activity will support Managers and Assessors to ensure that their knowledge is up to date and at the level required to support or assess the Care Certificate for each new employee.
Within the session learners will explore the different ways in which CPD can be obtained, achieved and recorded to best evidence that their knowledge is current and at the required standard to support individuals completing their Care Certificate.
