Course overview

This course has been developed to provide learners with the knowledge and information required to be able to recognise the signs and symptoms of a stroke. Learners will gain a basic understanding of the types and causes of stroke and an insight into stroke prevention. All levels of staff and managers in a variety of settings, that support and provide care for individuals, will benefit from attendance at this course.
