This course has been developed to support learners to use intensive interactions as a way of building and developing relationships with people who have limited communication abilities. Intensive interaction is a communication system which is led by the person being supported and the communication is on their terms.
This course is delivered using a range of methods and resources including:
Case studies, group discussions, small group activities and DVD clips.
