This course has been developed to support learners who manage and support others to provide quality outcomes for individuals with Autistic Spectrum Conditions. The course will give learners the opportunity to explore and consider communication and support strategies, partnership working and ways of supporting staff. It also addresses the complexity of theory and practice in the area of Autistic Spectrum Conditions.
