This course has been developed to provide learners with the required knowledge in order for them to be able to recognise how past practice has had an impact on current changes occurring within the sector. These changes will have an impact on the services that are provided and how these services should be delivered within domiciliary care services. Change can be challenging for everyone and a positive approach to change is beneficial to all. Learners will gain skills to actively promote and facilitate change within the services that they work
This course is delivered using a range of methods and resources including:
Group discussions, case studies of care plans, small group activities, research and DVD clips.
