Course overview

This course has been developed to support learners to increase their knowledge and understanding of the effects of alcohol misuse, safe limits, different categories of alcohol misuse, and alcohol harm. It will also explore how individuals can be helped and supported to improve their health by reducing their alcohol consumption.

This course is delivered using a range of methods and resources including:
Quizzes, group discussions, small group activities and DVD clips.

This course has been developed and mapped to:
